DIY random workout generator
As of this week we're trying to bring a bit more structure into our days. And of course that includes some home exercise. I get bored easily when it comes to exercise so in an attempt to make no workout the same I created this random workout generator:
Living in an upstairs flat the types of exercise are a bit limited (no burpees, jumps, moutain climbers etc) so we'll add in outdoor cardio with a run around the park.
